We Got The Blues - Gloucestershire was developed in 2010 by Tish of AJ Management. AJ Management managed and promoted the fabulous UK Blues slide guitarist singer and songwriter and Gloucester based blues artist, Alexander John.

Whilst managed and promoted by AJ Management - Alex became a favourite across the blues scene in the Southwest and won the 2010 Exposure Awards for the most promoted across the Southwest Region, Live and Unsigned. A firm Blues Favourite at BBC Gloucestershire Introducing and performed at the BBC radio 2 promoted Cheltenham Jazz Festival Fringe. Reviews ' 7 / 10 for his Muddy Waters Album " Reminds me of Faces era Rod Stewart" - Blues in Britain Magazine' Alexander John performs across Gloucestershire,the Southwest, both Gloucester & Upton Blues Festivals and across the UK. After a sudden illness AJ management was unable to continue with the level of promotion Alex so rightly deserved  and a music associate was found to support Alex's continued success. After Tish returned to good health, It was felt that it would be best for Alex to stay with his new promotions support, now developed into BWM promotions, and he has stayed with them since. AJ Management approached a number of Gloucestershire Blues artists to support Alexander John as his special guests in his Monthly Blues Music Night in Stroud. A Blues residency that was secured with a dedicated marketing and promotions push. It was through this endeavour and develoment that a number of Blues artists were offered guest appearances and the additional support of a Blues Music Promotions and management company to assist in their Blues Music Promotions across Gloucestershire and the surrounding counties. And so We Got The Blues was born!
